Hyderabadi Qeema:

Ingredients:

Mutton mince 750 gm
Oil ½ cup
Sliced onion 2 large
Green chilies 3-5
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1tbsp
Tomatoes 3
Yogurt ½ cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chopped coriander 2-3 tbsp
Coconut 1 tbsp
Julienne ginger 1 tbsp
Lemon 1

Method:
Heat oil and golden onion in it. Then add mince, ginger garlic paste and cook. Add turmeric, red chili, salt, coriander powder, tomatoes and cook till it gets done. Now add yogurt and cook then add coconut, green chili, all spice powder, black pepper powder and let it simmer. Garnish with green chili, coriander, ginger and lemon.

Chocolate Coconut Nutty Bars:
Ingredients:

Roasted coconut 1-1/2 cup
Salt ¼ tsp
Condensed milk ¼ cup

For Chocolate Coating:
Chocolate 1/3 cup
Coconut oil 1 tsp
Roasted nuts ½ cup

For Chocolate Drizzle:
Chocolate 3 tbsp
Coconut oil ½ tsp

Method:
Put butter paper in baking tray. Then mix coconut, condensed milk, salt and make layer in tray and freeze it. Now melt chocolate add oil and put it on coconut layer add nuts and freeze it. When it gets set then takes out drizzle chocolate cut and serve.
